Integral Ruger MK Series Attachable Pistol Brace

Description

This attachable pistol brace fits integral Mk series Ruger pistols with suppressors that are the same diameter as the receiver.

You will need:

• 6x4mm carbon fiber tubing (375mm minimum sections (the 2 packs of 500mm tubes on Amazon are ideal))
• M3x30mm socket cap screw
• M3 nut
• 1/8th shock cord
• Microcord (optional for dummy cords)

Notes:

These parts are exposed to moderate heat and are under load, so ASA is preferred. That said, PLA works depending on rate of fire if you release the tension when not in use. Reinforced filaments like PACF work well, too, but the abrasive fibers will wear your finish faster.

The carbon fiber rods are 375mm. The guard can be made by coupling the excess trimmed from 500mm rods. The guard rod is 175mm (including the coupler).
